Deposits are ordinarily credited to your Account in real time or within a few minutes. lembu99 does not guarantee processing times, as these may be affected by the performance of third-party payment processors. lembu99 is not liable for delays attributable to payment service providers or financial institutions.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within your Account dashboard.
By making a deposit, you warrant that the funds deposited are lawfully yours, are not derived from any criminal activity, and that you are not using the Platform to launder money or for any other unlawful purpose. lembu99 complies with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and may report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities.
If a deposit attempt fails, the funds will ordinarily be returned to your payment method within the processing timeframe set by your payment provider. lembu99 does not hold funds from failed deposit attempts. Please allow up to 5 business days before contacting support regarding a failed deposit.

New players who successfully register and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. lembu99 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonuses and winnings, and to suspend or permanently close accounts, where it reasonably believes that bonus abuse has occurred. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated software to clear wagering requirements, deliberately exploiting errors in bonus calculations, or coordinating with other players to systematically clear wagering requirements through matched betting.
All bets and game rounds placed on lembu99 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. In the event of a conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to all other matters.
lembu99 reserves the right to refuse or limit the acceptance of any bet at its absolute discretion, without being required to state a reason. This includes the right to set maximum stake limits on any market or game at any time.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or pricing error, lembu99 reserves the right to void any bets placed during the affected period and refund the relevant stake to the player's Account balance. Neither party shall have any further liability in respect of bets voided pursuant to this clause.
All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body at the conclusion of the event (or the agreed settling period as stated in the market rules). lembu99 does not accept liability for results reported by third-party sources prior to official confirmation.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance:
lembu99 may suspend or close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably suspects or determines that you have violated these Terms, that your Account presents a fraud or security risk, or that regulatory obligations require such action. You may close your Account at any time by contacting our live support team. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of unmet wagering requirements) will be made available for withdrawal in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 6. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
An account will be classified as dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. lembu99 will make reasonable efforts to contact you before applying any dormancy administration fee. Dormancy fees, where applicable, will not reduce your balance below zero.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and interface design — is the intellectual property of lembu99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content is granted by virtue of this licence or your use of the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lembu99, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
lembu99's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, to the extent that applicable law prohibits such exclusion.
